Reaching 50 employees marked a turning point — we expanded our operational capacity significantly, introduced structured project management, and began on-site safety training programs for all crew members.

Entered the nuclear sector by providing specialised scaffolding and access solutions for power plant maintenance and construction projects across Finland. This required additional safety certifications and rigorous compliance with nuclear industry standards.
