Forms and sending messages
Direct sending is enabled. The send button forwards the reviewed message through Resend to the selected BaltScand team’s inbox. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies the spam-protection token.
Forms contain the contact name, email and enquiry text, with optional business and project details. Include only information needed for the enquiry, without employee documents or unnecessary confidential material. The website form does not accept attachments.
This implementation does not save messages to a separate customer database. Sent messages are handled by the email services. A submission confirmation means acceptance by the sending service, not a read receipt from the recipient.
Optional measurement
Google services load only according to the consent you give through the measurement settings.
When measurement is enabled, visitor analytics and advertising conversion measurement have separate choices. Forms work without either. Use Cookie choices to change your decision. Your consent choice may be kept in browser local storage for 180 days. The final Google cookie inventory and lifetimes must be checked against the enabled configuration.
The implementation’s measurement events do not include names, emails or message text. Query parameters and fragments are removed from page URLs in measurement calls. Accepted submissions, brochure openings and contact-link clicks are separate events.
